Tonight’s performance (129) is dedicated to Elly, who would take my class in NYC then pull me aside afterward, point out all the ways my demonstrations had revealed my body’s aches and pains, and use her accupressure/PT/pilates/massage therapy skills to make them pretty much instantly vanish. Girl gives excellent “life coach” type advice. Also, she’s insane.
