Tonight’s performances (125 & 126) are dedicated to Sarah, who with her expertise in ballet, operatic singing, cello, and bellydancing was already a formidable artistic presence. Then she reveals her literary prowess, just for good measure! There wasn’t a day while she was dancing for me at Peridance that one of her beautifully phrased gestures wouldn’t make me swoon. And feet to die for! And elegance at the hardest moments. And kindness in all things.
